We are delighted to have been appointed to deliver this phased refurbishment project for our client, an independent charity and a leading specialist in the care of older people, serving the Jewish community since 1840.
The works involve new mechanical & electrical services, internal fit out and configuration works together with associated decorations and finishes. Phasing of the works will require careful consideration, planning and coordination to ensure the day-to-day activities of the care home are uninterrupted. H A Marks have considerable experience working in occupied areas and we look forward to utilising these skills in delivering these works.
