H A Marks appointed to deliver further new-build homes for Wandsworth Council

Aligning with the Councils mission statement of “making a positive contribution to neighbourhoods”, the project provides for the infill of the existing open ground floor undercrofts to the blocks on the Badric Estate to create six new flats.

Wandsworth Council have appointed H A Marks Ltd to deliver this next phase in their delivery programme. The Council has committed to building 1,000 new homes on Council-owned sites. The Badric Estate is an established residential estate comprising several blocks of flats around a central courtyard.

The works are expected to commence on site in the Spring.
