Conway Hall was constructed at the beginning of the twentieth century as a hospital, it is now used as student accommodation for the University of Notre Dame. The Grade II listed building is located on the corner of Waterloo Road and Stamford Street and consists of a basement and six storeys.

H A Marks successful completion of new Nursing Home extension to Fairlie House saw sourcing local labour and extensive use of recycling as a key feature to the management of this project.

In addition, minimising noise and disruption to the care home occupants, many of whom are recuperating and resting was paramount.
