The access on this project posed a significant challenge and we had to carefully design a scaffold that was suspended from the rear wall of the building. This was necessary as the roof over undergound station was fragile so it was necessary to find another way of supporting the scaffolding.
The site is located in an extremely busy area at Liverpool Street Underground Station and therefore the scaffold was undertaken during engineering hours.
The works consisted of Grade II listed building restoration works which included new Roofing Works, Stone & Brick restoration and cleaning works.
We also carried out joinery works to the windows and re-decorations to the external areas.
