H.A. Marks recently finished the development of under crofts at Badric Court, transforming previously unused spaces into six new social housing units.
The project involved alterations, including infilling the under-croft spaces to create self-contained flats with various configurations, improvements to existing main entrances, and comprehensive hard and soft landscaping works within the surrounding area.
