Ebury Edge has been shortlisted for the Offsite Awards 2021

We are delighted to learn that our project at Ebury Edge has been shortlisted for the Offsite Awards 2021 in categories “Best Use of Timber Technology” and “Retail/Leisure Project of the Year”

Working with Westminster City Council we are helping to transform Ebury Edge Estate into something that will really benefit the local community for the next few years.

Once complete, the development will include a community café, a mix of shops, affordable workspaces, event spaces and a garden courtyard.

HA Marks appointed design and build contractor on key Lottery funded project

As a well-established and much-loved provider of community services in Islington, the Highbury Roundhouse is a charitable trust who required a new building to bring together on one site the range of services they provide to the local community.

Until 2013 the Roundhouse operated from a former bottle works building on the same site, but this was condemned and demolished with the group's activities being dispersed to several centres in the borough. The new centre will once again unite all the Highbury Roundhouses’ functions in one unique, new-build, multi-purpose building.
